By accessing or using BuildHub.pk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we are
BuildHub.pk is a directory connecting users in Pakistan with construction vendors. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a vendor, and we do not perform construction work ourselves. All projects, prices, warranties, and disputes are between you and the vendor.
2. Vendor listings
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish on the directory, including services, prices, photos, and contact details.
- By submitting a listing, the vendor warrants that they have the right to publish all submitted content (text, photos, videos) and grants BuildHub.pk a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the directory.
- We may verify a listing as a "Verified" vendor based on documents we have reviewed; verification is not a guarantee of work quality.
- We may edit, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccuracy, abuse, or non-payment of any future paid features.
3. Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove reviews that appear to be fake, defamatory, off-topic, or in violation of applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, copy, or republish the directory without permission; submit false or misleading information; impersonate another vendor; upload content you do not own; or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
5. Intellectual property
The "BuildHub.pk" name, logo, and the design of the site are owned by us. Vendor logos and photos remain the property of the vendor and are used with permission.
6. Disclaimers
The directory is provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date, and we do not endorse any vendor. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the directory or from any contract you enter into with a vendor.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the latest change was made.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
